Getting started with one of our Services:

1. Either make a payment through PayPal on the "Shop" page or email braunswellness@gmail.com to see if this program is right for you.

2. If you decide to commit to the program and rebuild your health, you will receive the following:

 

• An email from me with links to a health intake questionnaire, dietary questionnaire and Terms of Service, which is to be signed. You will also receive instructions on how to perform your requested lab test or alike.  

• The needed lab test kit(s) will be shipped to your house.

3. An appointment for the initial consultation will be scheduled once we have received the filled-out forms and/or lab results.
