The Flow of Vital Energy

Qi Gong is one of the oldest continuously practiced therapeutic modalities in the world.

Qi gong is almost as old as Chinese culture itself. Throughout their complex history, the Chinese have used methods of Qi Gong as medicine, for warfare, for retention of memory and improved intelligence, and as a way to reach transcendent, ecstatic states of being to commune with the Divine.

Qi = Energy or Life Force
Gong = To cultivate through practice

When our Qi is full and flowing, we experience health. When our Qi is congested or out-of-balance, illness and pain can occur. The physical and emotional symptoms we experience are signals that we need to take action to restore balance and achieve optimal health.

The practice of Medical Qi Gong corrects these imbalances by addressing

-
The root cause of the symptoms
-
Transforming the client’s entire energy system
-
Assisting the individual’s mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Without ever being taught about energy centers, I had powerful experiences as a child. Intuitively I would often tap into my lower Dantian, energy center, to excel in my acrobatic competition on horses. Years later, I discovered that my energetic experiences were practiced by the Chinese Master and the energy itself can be referred to as healing Qi. During my travels abroad in my twenties, the many different forms and styles of Qi/Prana/Breath/Fire/Light/Kundalini intrigued me and I began to explore. Later in my thirties I learned forms by Michael Winn, student of Mantak Chia, and Master Ou's, Pangu Shengong. I then started practicing on a daily bases.

The Pangu Shengong style has specially been created to heal and alchemically transform ailments within the emotional, spiritual and physical body. You will be able to receive the healing sessions in the comfort of your home anywhere in the world.
